Job description

Job Purpose:

The role holder will be responsible for end-to-end design, management, and execution of Digital Campaigns for HPE & Internet /App platform. This role is responsible for design approach, implementation & response management This role will coordinate with a variety of stakeholders to ensure design and delivery of channels geared towards driving business outcomes. Shall be comfortable working in squad & managing cross-channel digital campaigns using market leading technologies. Should be able to track KPIs for personalized marketing journeys across channels. Should have excellent presentation skills, communication skills and creativity to design new digital campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage digital marketing objectives for banking verticals like liability, Asset Cards & cross sell portfolio, working with Agile Campaign Teams to drive growth, responsible for conversion, lead generation and business outcomes such as revenues and profits at a defined CAC. Drive analytics and data science to ensure delivery of banking product specific digital campaign goals, relevance to customers. Define audiences/segments based on analytics to deliver personalized offers, content, and conversations. Create, maintain, and conduct KPIs reporting across multiple platforms & extract key insights for future digital campaign development and go-to-market strategies. Monitor campaign performance regularly and take calls modifying digital marketing journeys; share performance reports periodically with the Business Head & personalization head. Liaise with the Key Account Manager, product teams & clients to understand digital sales & marketing requirements. Coordinate & operationalize cross-channel personalized digital journeys leveraging the organization’s marketing stack and schedule/trigger journeys in a time-bound fashion. Ensure compliance with the organization’s communication rules and policies. Creating portfolio wise dashboards for campaign metrics on customer response Participate & add value in new product design, market launch & digital journeys. Keen to learn new digital tech & marketing stacks. Able to recommend short- and long-term strategy for better results.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Expert in MS EXCEL/PowerPoint /MS Office Suite Expert in problem solving skills & Positive attitude. Comfortable to work in Agile team with incremental roIe strategy. Understand & plan execution with stakeholders. Knowledge to handle both existing & new customer marketing strategy. Basic knowledge of Data Analytics & Statistics (From marketing perspective)

Experience:

1-3 Years.

Graduation:

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) Post-Graduation:

Master of Science (M.Sc.) /Master of Technology (M.Tech) / Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
