The ideal candidate gets to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, results-driven environment. As Manager - RMG, you will be responsible for the end-to-end resource management to ensure smooth and effective delivery and functioning of the organization .
Roles & Responsibilities:
- End-to-end resource management to ensure smooth and effective delivery
- Collaborate with key drivers of business (Delivery and Sales)
- Enable the implementation of strategies towards 100% fulfilment of business needs and eventually YOY growth
- Strategic pool management and effective re-deployment of the project ramp-down associates
- Improve forecasting and tracking of the demand globally
- Generate career growth opportunities for internal associates through IJP (Internal Job Posting) and other organizational initiatives
- Create strategies to develop new resource supply channels and fulfil un-forecasted demand
- Work with stakeholders such as Delivery Managers in order to understand the skills and areas for development for all assigned resources and upcoming opportunities
- Report to stakeholders on fulfilment of critical accounts
- Enable internal Build pipeline for niche skills
- Define hiring SLA and improve YoY to save billing loss
- Bench Management and project ramp-up with defined timelines
- Train employees on their roles and responsibilities within the overall resource management process and the usage of the resource management systems in line with the process
Skills & Experience Required:
- Overall 10+ years with minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in RMG functions in the ITeS Industry is a must
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and have excellent people skills
- Excellent knowledge in definition and implementation of IT Resource and Skill Management
- Knowledge in the area of IT Portfolio Management (desirable)
- Pronounced analytical and planning skills coupled with an independent, objective and process-oriented way of working
- Excellent communication and coordination strength as well as assertiveness.
- Ability to work under pressure as well as result orientated
- Strong Data Analysis skills .
- Discussion and Executions with Oversees employees in terms of Timesheet completion and providing approvals.
- Viewed as a trusted advisor with a successful track record of building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels of the organization
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and organized; ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strategic/tactical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong and persuasive presentation skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable
