Job description

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales lead generation and opportunity creation through proactive engagement via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels, leveraging industry knowledge and product expertise to identify and qualify potential customers.

• Assess and qualify leads and prospects based on established criteria and priorities, ensuring alignment with target market segments, customer profiles, and sales objectives to optimize resource allocation and maximize sales effectiveness.

• Deliver comprehensive product or service information to potential customers, addressing inquiries, objections, and concerns to facilitate informed decision-making and nurture customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.

• Collaborate closely with sales team members to coordinate scheduling of meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up activities with qualified leads, ensuring seamless handoff and alignment of sales efforts to drive conversion and revenue growth.

• Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status updates in CRM system, tracking progress, capturing insights, and facilitating data-driven decision-making, reporting, and analysis to drive sales performance and pipeline management.

• Partner with marketing team to support lead generation efforts and campaigns, providing valuable insights, feedback, and collaboration to optimize campaign targeting, messaging, and conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• Proven track record of success in inside sales or telemarketing roles, with a demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and objectives in a dynamic and competitive sales environment.

• Exceptional communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively through verbal and written communication channels to drive engagement, build rapport, and foster customer relationships.

Skills:

• Sales Prospecting: Proficiency in generating and qualifying sales leads and opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement strategies across multiple communication channels.

• Customer Engagement: Strong ability to deliver product or service information, address customer inquiries and objections, and provide personalized support and guidance to facilitate customer decision-making and satisfaction.

• CRM Management: Experience in effectively utilizing CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status updates, enabling efficient pipeline management and sales performance tracking.

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience with CRM software, including proficiency in data entry, report generation, and pipeline management functionalities, to streamline sales processes, optimize workflows, and drive sales productivity and efficiency.
