Ad Sales Operations & Client Servicing: Managing client's requirement for all the deal entitlements and their servicing and implementation. * Maintain business relationship with client representatives and agency person.
* Plan the activity for the clients and make the RO formals if required which enables in the timely consumption of the deals.
* RO entry into the OMS basis the deal entitlements.
* Pull the schedule for the events and share it with advertiser/agency.
* Ensure the consumption of the deals.
* Maintain the reconciliation for the advertisers deals records of bookings, consumptions, and invoicing/billing.
* Assist in revenue report & inventory master.
* Maintain agency client's database
* Follow up for the TVC materials, revised schedules, sponsorship details, resolve issues related to deals entitlements.
* Able to manage multiple clients/agencies during big ticket events, ensuring revenue locking into the system.
* Day to day engagement with salesperson enabling best servicing of clients.
* Collaboration with sales strategy/ brand solutions team to understand and implement brand solutions.
* Assist in internal audits related to ad sales ops functionality.
