Job description

1. Calendar Management:
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the Chief Managing Director.
• Manage the executive's calendar to optimize time and prioritize commitments.
2. Communication:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication with professionalism and discretion.
3. Documentation and Correspondence:
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality.
4. Travel Arrangements:
• Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and transportation for business trips.
• Ensure all travel plans align with the executive's schedule and preferences.
5. Meeting Support:
• Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
6. Information Management:
• Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making processes.
• Organize and manage data relevant to the educational vertical.
7. Project Coordination:
• Assist in planning and coordinating projects within the educational vertical.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution.
8. Problem Solving:
• Anticipate challenges and proactively address issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
9. Administrative Support:
• Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, expense tracking, and office organization.
• Act as a liaison between the executive and other departments.
10. Confidentiality:
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to the educational vertical
