We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Developer with expertise in Blazor to join our dynamic team.

Location: Chennai, India

Experience: 8+ years

As a Lead Developer - Blazor, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of web applications using Blazor framework. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will be crucial in guiding the team and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of web applications using Blazor framework.
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code in accordance with best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure high-quality code and adherence to project requirements.
Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them improve their technical skills.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Blazor and related technologies, and share knowledge with the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of web applications with other systems and platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Lead Developer or similar role, with expertise in Blazor.
Strong knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#.
Experience in developing responsive and user-friendly web applications using Blazor framework.
Proficient in Microsoft .NET technologies, including ASP.NET Core.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in mentoring and coaching junior developers is a plus.
