Vandey provides outsourced instructional services to institutions of higher education and is seeking a candidate to work for Vandey to serve in a full-time role as a PMO Lead with the University of the People.

GENERAL-PURPOSE: The Value centric PMO can contribute significantly to the success of the projects, efficient utilization of the resources, and help a business in achieving strategic objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES: Project management – Planning and tracking of goals, key milestones, and critical paths, help leads work out prioritization Analyzing financial data and keeping track of project budgets, risks, and resource allocation. Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives. Track budgets and spending regarding IT systems Regular status reporting for projects and build/share consolidated view at regular intervals Monitor the ticket status and outbound communication. Manage ongoing contracts with vendors (e.g. development platforms, 3rd party vendors, and software licenses) Provide support to stakeholders, collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and plan projects. Help resolve issues escalated by the technology team (with business owners, Infra, etc.)

KEY COMPETENCIES Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to take initiative and execute results in an ever-evolving work environment Excellent organizational and technical skills. Finds ways to use time and resources more cost-effectively Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.

QUALIFICATIONS A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or IT / Comp Science would be an advantage A minimum of

5 to

7

years of experience in a similar position will be an advantage.
