Job description

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to acmeve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to the senior management team.
Train, mentor, and motivate sales team members to enhance their performance.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments.


Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English, Joth written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team environment.
Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of [industry-specific tools or software].
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary in the range of INR 20,000 to 25,000. (Negotiable as per interview)
