ROLE DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

A) Direct Taxation:

1. TDS Payments and Filling of Returns
2. Distribution of TDS Certificates
3. Advance Tax Computation
4. TDS receivable reconciliation
5. Coordination with Corporate taxation team and resolving the Queries.
6. Handling of Tax Audit
7. Handling of Transfer Pricing Audit
8. Filling of Income Tax Returns
9. Handling of Assessments & Appeals

B) Accounts Finalization :

1. Timely finalization of Accounts - Monthly, Quarterly & Annual
2. Inter Unit Accounting & Reconciliation
3. Preparation of MIS Reporting for Corporate/LTEP/LMTG/MHI
4. Preparation of Hyperion Accounting
5. Preparation of Notes to Accounts
6. Filling of XBRL

C) Payroll

1. Ensure timely processing's of Payroll
2. Ensure timely processing's of TEMS & EBC
3. Ensure timely payments of PF, EPS
4. F&F settlement clearances of employees
