Job description
1) Good Knowledge Of Contract Law.
2) Experience in Contract Drafting-Review of Agreement, Master Service.
3) Good Command on drafting Agreement-Service Agreement, Purchase/sale Agreement/Vendor agreement/Business agreement.
4) Work Experience in MIS Reporting.
5) Assist the team in contract life cycle management.
6) Assist in handling Compliance
- Labor, HR/Branding/Finance
7) Maintaining the record of the Contract.
8) Research on legal issues.
Requirements :
1) BA.LLB/LLB/LLM passed.
2) 2+ Experience in corporate field.
4) Having knowledge of International contractual laws and should have good research skills.
5) Good command of the legal english language.
6) Good drafting skills.
