We are looking for a Accountant for one of our esteemed clients in Bangalore
Exp: - 2+ years
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Shifts : - US Shift (6:00 PM to :300 AM)
Job Description:-
• Perform day to day Accounts Payable ( PTP) activities with required speed and accuracy (invoice processing, vendor queries, vendor setups/maintenance, invoice exception resolution, Invoice reconciliation, payment proposal generation, payment) Act as SME for the AP process.
• Follow the documented procedures, understanding of Client processes, active team player with good communication and documentation skills
• Sound analytical & interpersonal skills
• Understanding of the relevant F&A Processes
• Strong customer orientation
• Problem solving skills
• Invoice Processing – Po and Non PO
• Payment processing and Banking
• Vendor query Resolution
• Employee expense Processing
• Statement Reconciliation ,
• Vendor Clearing
• Other monthly reporting
• Good written and verbal communication
• Hands on working knowledge of SAP
