Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role located in Raipur. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, and HR policies. The role involves overseeing all aspects of HR management, including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, and compensation and benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR management principles and practices
• Experience in HR operations, employee relations, labour laws and HR policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience in EPF, ESIC, and Payroll management is must
