Job Description

The Manager, Salesforce Community Admin will work closely with the Community Manager and Knowledge Manager to help drive the community strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with day to day administration of the Salesforce customer community, as well as moderating and responding to member generated content promptly. This role sits within the Marketing organization and will need a lot of cross functional collaboration with IT and product stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintenance and optimization of our Salesforce Customer Community platform
  • Liaise with IT and the internal Salesforce teams to ensure the efficient operation of the platform. Collaborate with IT team to define the functional requirements necessary to implement the changes and new integrations and drive UAT activities for the projects
  • Manage users of the community and ensure seamless access for all community members on the platform
  • Review all current and future member generated content, and verify that all content adheres to the moderation guidelines.
  • Read, respond to, and engage with members of the community
  • Report on user activity and engagement, including an analysis and report on the overall health of the community.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with product stakeholders internally to ensure that questions are answered promptly
  • Identify content gaps and fill them
  • Familiarize and remain knowledgeable about Zscalers products and solutions

Qualifications

  • 3 + years exp as Salesforce Customer Community Platform Admin
  • Previous experience as a technical support engineer in cyber security is a must
  • Previous experience in a high tech industry is a must .
  • Experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the Salesforce Communities domain is a big plus.
  • Experience on Salesforce Reports & Dashboards module.
  • Familiarity with Zscaler products and solutions is a plus
  • Excellent communication and writing skills and the ability to manage conversations on the community impartially
  • Strong at time management, planning, organizing, and prioritizing projects
  • Experience building strong cross-functional relationships with product stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work US hours
  • Excellent with tight deadlines
