Job Description:

Recruitment and Onboarding – review resumes, schedule interviews, documentation of new joinee Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities Update and maintain office policies and procedures Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers Handle employee engangement activity like birthday celebration, team outing, quarterly meeting, training etc. Vendor association for uniform, visiting card, Diwali gift, ID card, Hotel booking etc. Prepare letters i.e offer letter, confirmation letter, Promotion letter etc. Assist in conducting regular employee engagement and feedback sessions. Help manage a rewards and recognition program to celebrate and acknowledge employee contributions.
