Function: Mortgage Sales
Designation: Sales Officer
Salary: 1.80 LPA to 2.25 LPA + Lucrative Incentive
Job Description - Area/ Lane /Geography Mapping:Responsible for lane to lane/ Area mapping of Area/ Geography at regular intervals with the help of supervisor. Idenfy new sources in the allocated Area/ Geography and inform the progress to reporng manager during team huddle.
- Source Relaonship Management:Responsible for managing the relaonship with all sources assigned andidened by him in his geography/area.
- Maintain Reports:Responsible for maintaining reports related to sales and all his acvies in theprescribed format. Should maintain diary on daily basis in the prescribed formatof acvies.
- Channel Partner Recruitment:Responsible for idenfying the need for appointment of a channel partner
- Team Haddle:Responsible for aending team huddle on a daily basis as per the set process.
- Customer Relaonship Management:Responsible for enhancing the customer experience by developing and maintaining relaonship with customers.
- Compleon of File:Responsible for submission of complete applicaon form, documentaons and informaon.
Candidate Eligibility - The candidate must be a graduate pass out from any stream.
2.0 to 1 Year of experience in sales is preferred
- The job requires extensive traveling so the candidate must be willing to travel within the city.
- Candidate must have good communicaon skills.
