Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a US Healthcare Recruiter in Noida with the flexibility for some remote work. The US Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring healthcare professionals in the US. They will work closely with clients and colleagues to understand their needs, develop job descriptions, advertise job openings, and negotiate salaries and benefits with potential candidates. Qualifications Minimum 12+ months of Full Cycle Recruiting experience particularly in healthcare domain for US staffing and recruiting industry. Strong understanding of US healthcare industry trends and regulations Proven track record of finding, engaging, and hiring high-quality healthcare professionals Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards Bachelor's degree in HR, healthcare administration, or a related field Experience in a remote or hybrid work environment is a plus Comfortable to work in night shift (8 PM to 5 AM IST).Job tags
