Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accommodation Manager who plays a pivotal role in ensuring guest satisfactory operational efficiency and legal compliances at the resort. Must have guest centric approach and problem solving skills. Shall monitor financial performance manage budgets and report regularly to senior management on departmental achievements and challenges.

Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction by addressing guest needs and concerns and providing excellent service.
- Operations Management: Overseeing daytoday operations including room reservations checkins checkouts housekeeping maintenance and other related functions.
- Budgeting and Finance: Managing the budget for the accommodation (both Front Office & Housekeeping) controlling costs and maximizing revenue through effective pricing and occupancy strategies.
- Marketing and Sales: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract guests managing online presence.
- Quality Control: Maintaining and ensuring high standards of cleanliness safety and overall quality throughout the accommodation.
- Facility Maintenance: Overseeing maintenance activities to ensure that the physical facilities are wellmaintained and in good working order. Interdepartmental coordination and communication for smooth functioning.
- Legal Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local regulations health and safety standards and industry best practices. To record any incidents and report the same.
- Guest Relations: Handling guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively and striving to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Community Relations: Building positive relationships with the local community and businesses to enhance the reputation and standing of the accommodation.
- Guest & Dispute Handling
- Overall responsible for day to day operations of Front Office and Housekeeping Department
- Responsible for daily departmental reporting
- Responsible for departmental trainings
- Responsible for overall room reservation management and handling
- Responsible for Incident reporting and recording
- Overall looking after departmental expenses and costs
- To look after guest stay personalization & Welcome
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors / Master degree in Hospitality Management.
- Proven experience in accommodation manager with successful track record.
- Preferably male candidate between age group 3045 years.
- Strong leadership organizational skills.
- Excellent communicational and operational skills.
Timing: Ready to work in rotational shifts
