Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Associate located in Jaipur. You will be an integral part of our export operations, playing a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient product delivery to the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication and Shipment Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams at Neuvert and our network of factories in India to ensure timely communication and clear documentation for all export shipments.
- Work closely with freight forwarders and shipping companies to arrange cost-effective and reliable transportation for our products.
- Secure necessary export clearances and documents.
- Logistics and Inventory Management:
- Assist with packing and labeling products according to local and export regulations and customer specifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all export products.
- Log and track all shipments, ensuring they are delivered on time and in good condition.
- Contribute to efficient inventory management practices to minimize storage costs and ensure product availability.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in inventory management and control, preferably in an export environment.
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in packing and shipping products, adhering to international regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
