Summary

Summary of position

Whilst Straumann is the market leader in dental implants, we are looking for talents to build a new market segment in Orthodontics across the Emerging Markets Hub. In this endeavor, the Sales Enablement Specialist will drive sales volume through remote data driven insight generation to help us improve sales activities, service level, and team collaboration. Orthodontics Sales Enablement Specialists are responsible for delivering key insights on sales opportunities and leads, finding gaps for developmental opportunities, continuing to guide local sales teams through the GTM phases, as well as performing due diligence on the different customers in different territories across the HUB. The position holder is expected to work primarily from the local office/home office and perform at a high level with limited direct supervision.

In this role, you will…

  • Drive sales results for ClearCorrect:
  • Generate key reports of the lagging and leading KPIs that make trends, acceleration potential and short falls visible to the sales leaders.
  • Drive the implementation of the sales process in the local markets, in close collaboration with the local sales teams within the Hub. Focus on sales leads and prospects from cross-selling and/or marketing & education events through strong fact-based reports and insights.
  • Drives and supports the local implementation and adoption of aligned sales processes in collaboration with the global commercial excellence team, like:
    • New Customer Acquisition,
    • Sales process transformation and management - Lead and Opportunity Management, and
    • Customer Segmentation & Forecasting.
  • Collaborates with the Hub Ortho Head and Hub Ortho Growth Managers to support the countries within the Hub in the execution of local commercial models.
  • Collaborates with local stakeholders to review on the different sales activities with KPI tracking based on the customer journey through the different GTM phases.
  • Responsible to reach out to local teams to update them on new products, materials and updates in order to increase the case volume.
  • Monitors the management of inactive accounts and providers declining case submissions and work with the local teams to co-create solutions and activate providers into active case submissions and approvals.
  • Attends and contribute to team and company meetings to stay up to date on relevant information.
  • Completes all required company training for this position and apply self-learning necessary for this role.
  • Continually work to increase knowledge of orthodontics, market trends, and company processes.
  • Knows and communicate our Vision, Mission, and Strategy to guide the priorities of the local teams.
  • Other duties may be assigned, directed, or requested.
Analytics & Reporting

  • Provides actionable insights and recommendations for regional and local commercial teams.
  • Support the Hub countries with KPI and measures reporting to follow quantitatively and qualitatively on various local initiatives.
  • Coordinates and supports rollout of reporting and analytics for local organizations.

Sales Systems and Tools

  • Gets familiar and uses relevant systems to keep visibility of accounts, customer support and complaints.
  • Drives and supports systems and tools rollouts (e.g. CRM, sales force automation) in applicable countries.
  • High degree of Microsoft Office skills. Proficient in use of MS Excel.
  • Drives countries' stakeholder's engagement on commercial excellence tools and usage of tools.
  • Acts as functional leader for local key users for tools and systems.

Qualification And Requirements

To perform this job successfully, the position holder needs to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • 3-years or more experience within commercial excellence, sales and/or business Development/ or a commercial role with proven commercial success from preferably medical devices field.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • Strong experience within a commercial excellence, project management and sales process transformation
  • Track record in achieving challenging results.
  • Comfortable with up to 50% travelling.
  • Be able to handle a high volume of calls, chats, and email traffic both inbound and outbound.
  • Solid presentation skills and language proficiency in English is required.
  • Ability to analyse data and generate key insights.
  • Ability to prioritize needs and guide the sales teams to the correct product or service.
