Job Description:
Implementation of product updates customizations Includes coding configuration installation
testing.
Ensuring user/data security and encryption of applications
Collaborate with Customers internal stakeholders Core Product Team and clients to gather/clarify
requirements.

Must Have Skills/Knowledge:
Experience developing in Classic ASP/VBScript.
Operational knowledge of classic ASP programming.
Broad knowledge in webbased application development and systems architecture
Proficient in ASP.net/ C#.NET (optional).
Design code and debug complex applications using multiple languages.
Assist in the development and design of program specifications.

Soft Skills

Exceptional ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members support personnel and
clients.
Must be strong in supportoriented engagement.

Good knowledge of ITSM principles.
Flexibility in coverage timing.
Ability to interact with end users to help create solutions.
Be eager to learn new business processes and technologies.
Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
