Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Service Engineer at Operant Infotech Pvt. Ltd. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, maintenance & repair, and communication with customers and team members. The Service Engineer will be expected to identify and resolve technical issues, install, maintain, and repair technical equipment and systems, and keep accurate records of technical issues, repairs, and maintenance.
