We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Market Sales Manager who can drive business across the regions of Hyderabad, Chennai & Coimbatore, being based out of Bangalore. Having extensive experience in selling AI-powered CX (Customer Experience) and Support SaaS Solutions. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our company by identifying and capturing new business opportunities in the given region. Your expertise in AI technology and its application in enhancing customer experiences and support operations will enable you to build strong relationships with enterprise-level clients and position our Solutions as the preferred customers choice.
Responsibilities - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and foster business growth.
- Identify and qualify leads, conduct market research, and actively prospect for new business opportunities within the enterprise sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in target organizations.
- Gain a deep understanding of client pain points and business needs related to customer experience and support operations, and effectively communicate how our solutions can address these challenges and deliver value.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our product to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product management, data scientists, and developers, to ensure seamless implementation and successful delivery of our solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals that align with the client's requirements and objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and continually refine sales strategies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and drive 3x pipeline.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their long-term business goals, and offering ongoing support and guidance to maximize their success with our product.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in application sales, with a focus on selling AI-powered CX & SaaS Solutions or its related products.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- In-depth knowledge of AI technology, its applications in customer experience, and support operations, as well as a strong understanding of the CX industry landscape.
- Excellent business acumen with the ability to understand complex client requirements and propose effective SaaS solutions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities, with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
