Job description
1. Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
2. Implement and maintain modern design principles to enhance user experience. 3. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional web pages. 4. Design and implement server-side logic using server-side scripting languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby). 5. Integrate and manage databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval. 6. Develop APIs to facilitate communication between the front-end and back-end systems. 7. Build scalable and robust web applications with a focus on performance and security. 8. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal functionality. 9. Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices. 10. Write and execute unit tests to validate code functionality. 11.Conduct quality assurance to identify and address bugs and performance issues 12. Design and implement reporting features to provide insights into web application usage, performance, and user behavior. 13. Create and analyse custom reports and dashboards using reporting tools or frameworks1. Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to inform decision-making and enhance our web development practices. 13. Conduct research on new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.1. Conduct weekly team meetings to track progress, provide feedback, and mentor teams for proactive problem-solving on client-side and internally 14. Work with the L&D team to structure training programs that directly impact work quality along with specific competencies 15. Promote a culture of research and self-development within the team while organizing regular one-on-one feedback discussions with team members 16. Hire capable, independent resources that can understand, communicate and execute client briefs accurately1. Daily client communication & strong relationship 17. Promptly responding to emails by self and team 18. Maintain ccuracy and completeness of information to be shared with functional teamsEnsure following of internal TATs, tasks prioritization, and timely delivery of work1. UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization OR PG - Any PG Course – Any Specialization; Post Graduation Not Mandatory. 19. 4-6 years of industry experience. Prior experience in Web Development will be preferred. 20. Deep understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, frameworks, and libraries. 21. Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies 22. Possess excellent written & verbal communication skills and competency in MS Office productsJob tags
