Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles, with a focus on troubleshooting and maintenance. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across various platforms and environments. Strong knowledge of operating systems, including MAC and Windows. Experience with remote support tools and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users. Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Work Schedule:

Night Shift : This role involves working during nighttime hours.
