Job Description
As an Academic Counselor, you will play a critical role in guiding potential students through their educational journey. You will be the bridge between their aspirations and our educational offerings, helping them make informed decisions about their career path.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Enrollment: Drive the sales process by making 100+ calls per week, conducting 2-3 daily video sessions, and ensuring at least 6-8 student enrollments weekly.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly revenue targets, demonstrating consistent performance.
- Student Counseling: Provide empathetic, informed counseling to prospective students, addressing their concerns and guiding them toward suitable course options.
- Communication & Listening: Utilize exceptional communication skills to listen and understand the needs of prospective students actively.
- Reporting & Administration: Efficiently manage and document all interactions and sales activities using tools like MS Office.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest trends and updates in the Edtech space and our course offerings.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to enhance overall team performance and student experience.
