Hybrid Working

We have a structured approach where colleagues work at an onsite location on fixed, 'anchor', days of the week, for a minimum of two days a week or more, as set by the business area (or nearest equivalent if working part-time hours). Introduction - Lead the overall Test Practice within BB CIO space to deliver changes in more synchronised and efficient way.
- Define Test Strategy by defining and implementing the approach towards testing the requirements and aligning with the business.
- Escalation point for any Test Delivery related issues.
- Drive the team of Test Managers, Architects and other teams to work in a more refined process flow and bring in more efficiencies, across E2E and components test teams within CIO.
- Drive various initiatives activities across the teams and help achieving their transformation via Automation, Virtualisation and better Risk Assessed Test Delivery.
- Lead on Non-Functional Test elements too, i.e. Performance, Security & Operational Aceptance.
- Monitors and reports the status of Test Progress to stakeholders and contribute to go/no-go decision making process.
- Lead better utilisation of Test Environments via effective distribution and management of the estate, working with Environment Management Team.
- Manages overall resourcing of the Teat Team across CIO practice and work towards achieving better productivity all around.
- Review dependencies and highlight the risks for the Programmes and CIO leads.
- Engage and communicate with senior stakeholders being able to escalate and articulate critical risks to higher management as required.
- Understand the Systems Architecture, Test Environments landscape and share your understanding within the team

What We're Looking For - B.E, B.Tech,MCA
- Seasoned in Test Management and executing Big Programme Deliveries handling multiple teams.
- Proficient in implementing automation and its adoption across various test phases.
- Experienced in implementing Transformation journeys to lead better Test productivity and quality.
- Excellent Stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Good Exposure to Banking and Finance Domain.
Skills That Will Help You In The Role - Experience of Salesforce and nCINO would be an added advantage.
