We are seeking an Application Architecture Analyst to join the Technology practice in our Mumbai office. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services. As a direct report of the Head of Application and Business Architecture. The role will support the evolution of the Enterprise Architecture function which is integral to business and technology planning, driving digitization and innovation.

The role of an Application Architecture Analyst will involve analyzing the portfolio of business applications, their impact on the business, and their contribution to the organization's success. The role will be responsible for supporting the APM (Application Portfolio Management) program with the objective of rationalizing business applications across the portfolio.

By working with key stakeholders across the enterprise the role is responsible for supporting modern business analysis practices for the firm. Strong collaborative partnerships with different technology engineering & operations groups will be fundamental for success.

What Work You Will be Responsible For: Analyze the capabilities of applications Evaluate existing systems Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to document system components, interfaces, and data flows Conduct application software selections Perform risk assessments Ensure proposed architecture meets business requirements Keeping abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in application architecture to continually enhance knowledge and skills Perform analytics on architectural data to provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

We are looking for someone who has: Strong knowledge of accounting industry practices and processes Attention to detail and ability to synthesize data Excellent written and oral communication skills, e.g., adept at storytelling, presenting thoughts effectively and persuasively to individuals at all levels within the organization including senior leaders Solid grasp of business and application architecture concepts Self-motivated, self-starter who can work independently and deliver incremental results. Strong organizational skills with the ability to enhance the firm’s controls framework, including policies & procedures, and training to provide optimal solutions Ability to foster strong professional relationships & partnerships

Basic Qualifications: 3-5+ years of working as Business Analyst experience Experience in Enterprise Architecture frameworks or methodologies Proven experience in succeeding in environments with significant ambiguity
