o Should have at least 8+ years of experience in IT and at least 6+ years of experience in AWS Cloud with Support, migration & architecture expertise.o Setup/Managing Linux Servers on Amazon (EC2, EBS, ELB, SSL, Security Groups and IAM).o Creating/Managing AMI/Snapshots/Volumes, Upgrade/downgrade AWS resources (CPU, Memory, EBS)o Knowledge in CloudTrail and CloudWatch services.o Setup/Managing VPC, Subnets make the connection between different zones Blocking suspicious IP/subnet via ACL.o Hands-on experience with EC2, ECS, ELB, EBS, S3, VPC, IAM, SQS, RDS, Lamda, CloudWatch, Storage Gateway, CloudFormation, Autoscaling, Directconnetco Experience with Developer tool - AWS Codedelpoy, AWS Codebuild, AWS codecommit, AWS Codepipeline, AWS Cli, bitbucket, CI/CD, Server migration from on-premises to AWSo Database migration from on-premises to AWSo Snowball experienceo Should be aware how-to setup new VPC, subnet creation, NAT gateway, Internet gateway, routes, security policies, VPC peering, direct connect,o Route 53, CloudFormation, Load Balancers, Certificate Manager, Auto Scaling, Cloudwatch, IAM policies, Lambda functions,S3 buckets, AWS CLI, Cloudfronto Should have good knowledge of Windows/Linux OSo Should have good knowledge of networking.o Day to Day operation tasks like creating EC2/RDS, modifying volumes, taking snapshots, changing encryption on volumes, creating AMIo Good communicationo Expected to work in 24- 7 environment. (1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
