Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacist. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medication, counseling patients on drug use, tracking patient drug histories, and ensuring accurate documentation of medication and patient information. The Pharmacist will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance the overall health outcomes of the patient.

Qualifications

• Expertise in pharmacology and pharmacotherapy
• Ability to identify and resolve medication-related problems
• Knowledge of drug interaction and contraindications
• Familiarity with prescription verification and medication dispensing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical decision support systems (CDSS)
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Pharmacist license in the state of Karnataka
• 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred
