Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch office, including managing employees, developing and implementing strategies for increasing sales and profitability, and providing exceptional customer service. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Experience with loan products, particularly retail, SME, and credit card products, is a plus
• Experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment
