Roles and Responsibilities
Candidate should have good communication skills.
Experience in negotiating compensation to close a candidate.
Our Team is geared to work with Consultants and our Clients to achieve higher performance.
Expert level experience in marketing of Citizens, Green Card, EAD, H1B and TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, and Crop to Crop).
Developing new contacts with tier 1 vendors / Clients.
Regular interaction and Follow-up with Bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them in to projects accordingly.
Experience on OPT sales, H1 Transfers and H1 B sales.
