About The Role
Location: Hyderabad
Program Test Manager manages overall testing strategy for Test management, prepares plans for different releases and applications and also ensures that they are implemented.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Prepare, own and govern LDC program Test Strategy, ensure it is followed across the releases.Manage LDC Testing and Defect management approach, ensure different test-ing phases are followed as planned, defects are resolved on time.
- Define, own and govern UAT, Performance testing, Regression testing, Retrofit testing approaches and ensure they are followed by Test and Defect manage-ment teams.
- Ensure Release goals are accomplished and in line with LDC objectives. Lead all major Release activities, ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integ-rity of the information, while providing consistency in content and deployment standards in the area of responsibility.
- Manage development of detailed Release Test plans, alignment with overall LDC Program Roadmap. Collaborate effectively with other functions within LDC including Core Func-tions, Adopt Teams, Tools & Methodology team, Reporting & Analytics and Security teams as well as 3rd party Suppliers.
- Proactively consult with LDC management and review Release proposals to shape goals, time frame, funding limitations and proactively share potential problems.
- Lead the Test&Defect management teams across the releases and provide thought leadership aligned with expected results ensuring consistency of im-plementation approach and adherence to applicable methodologies, process-es, tools, and standards.
- Take accountability to ensure adherence with security and compliance policies and procedures within scope.
- Work closely with Release test managers and ensure that they follow the plan, delivers the targets and proactively creates awareness in case of risks/problems. Manages lessons learned sessions and drives continuous improvement throughout the Testing process.

Role Requirements - University degree in Computer Science, Information Management or related discipline; or other degree with significant work experience in similar disciplines.
- 10 or more years of hands-on work with relevant processes:
- Test management in validated environments
- Test management for SAP implementations
- OQ, PQ, UAT, DiLT planning and execution
- Regression and Retrofit testing
- Performance testing
- Defect Management
- Test automation (Tosca and Proton experience is preferred)
