About us ABC is a 40 year old group in the logistics and transportation space. We have more than 70 team mates across geographies (NCR and West India). We own 200+ trucks and operate 20+ branches.
HR and Admin Manager The position involves managing a team that will be the backbone of our company. HR and Admin play both a support and an disciplinary role. Your job will be the lead this function and build a winning team that adds value to the company. The ideal candidate should be automation minded and be able to manage HR and Admin across branches. The work environment in logistics is chaotic, lets bring order to chaos. Responsibilities: Recruitment and onboarding. Payroll and salary structure management and strategy. Performance evaluation and incentive management. Digitizing the above HR process using various modern tools. Policy formation in coordination with top management for good company culture. HO and branch office administration Procurement of stationery/laptops etc. for branches/HO and maintaining stock of the same. HO filing management. Skills: Be Meticulous and Organized: Attention to detail is key, accuracy is very important. The position will involve managing multiple priorities, managing your time, calendar and data is key. Communication Skills : Effective communication is at the heart of HR. You must be able to communicate clearly and empathetically. You must be able to draft well in English. Legal, Compliance and Payroll Knowledge : A basic understanding of employment laws and regulations is essential to ensure the organization remains compliant. Excel/Tech/Automation/HRMS prowess : Be able to organize your data efficiently and generate quality reports using modern tools and automation. Calm yet strong Attitude: Have a simple and supportive attitude, understand employee’s needs and wants, but be able to stand your ground if need be. Leadership, compassion and teamwork: You must be a leader of people, never blame them, take full ownership and lead from the front. Qualifications MBA preferred 5+ years of HR experience Admin, inventory and asset management across geographies.Job tags
