Job Description: Senior - Quality - Silvassa

Job Profile Key Responsibility Area

Sampling of unloading material:

· Approve incoming material by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, rejecting and returning unacceptable materials. · Maintain and update testing results by completing reports and logs. · Maintain and update uploading Tanker details Testing:

· Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement test, and communicating the required correction to the production team. · Maintain and update testing results by completing reports and logs. · Checked tankers/barrels before filling. · Checked filled tanker/barrels and approved for dispatched.

Documentation

· Prepare COA (Certificate of Analysis) of filled tankers · Maintain and update T.O. (Transformer Oil) related documents. · Maintain and update ISO (International Standard Organization) documents. · Maintain and update NABL related documents.

Audit and Inspection:

· Supervise inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required quality records. · Support every aspect of internal audit quality system program from audit planning, implementation, feedback as required. · Prepare list of deviations for correction and verify corrections as per established company standards.

Others · Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with regulations. · Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calling for repairs · Coach and mentor junior employees; seek opportunities to grow leadership in others · Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications, attending training, attending seminars, watching industry videos. Technical discussion with employees etc. · Review of Batch Manufacturing Record and Batch Packing Record. · Monitor the process of water bath temp. R.I Viscosity, PH, UV, water. · Advise and monitor appropriate safety measures and enforced the Chemical Hygiene Plan. · Setting up the quality standards for the product. · Carry out audit tasks as required by the Quality System Audit Schedule. · Accomplish organization mission by completing related results as needed.
