1.R&D Dept- 01 Male
Exp: 0-2 Yrs
Job profile and responsibilities:
• New Business case study like technology roadmap meeting /RFQ meeting.
• Competitor product study like design concept, material, Bill of Material and developing new ideas.
• Preparation of Material shortage sheet and make planning accordingly and communicate with the purchasing team.
• Preparation of Proto samples and meeting with customers, sharing all the details, taking the requirement and fulfill accordingly.
• Submission of R&D proto sample report to the customer and taking approval for SOP.
• Arranging and leading pre-handover and handover meetings.
• .Responsible for planning & developing new product as per customer requirement.
• Monitoring PFS, FS, MDS and APQP sheet.
2.QMS Dept- 01 Male
Exp: 0-2 Yrs
Job profile and responsibilities:
- Handles TPM , TS & Quality Documents as per Customer Requirement .
- Handles Customer Complaints
- Preparing Presentations of Rejection Analysis and presents it to the management.
- Conducting IPO & Process Audits in order to continually refine the process Structure.
- Preparation of IPO & SOP for different Manufacturing Processes involved.
- Responsible for 1S 2S Audits in order to create a better & Organized Workplace.
- Conducting SPC Tests(Statistical Process Control Charts) to analyze Machine behavior.
- Daily Rejection Analysis & Subsequent report generation & its presentation.
3.Costing Dept- -01 Female
Exp: 0-2 Yrs
Job profile and responsibilities:
- Performing cost analysis based on the unit level BOM allocation reviewed
- Work closely with other Departmental teams to understand costing parameters, cost, resources requirements, direct & indirect overheads and support in pricing strategy
- Prepare cost estimates, costing report and submit the report to Process Engineering Head for approval
- Revise the costing sheet of labor charges, vendor material purchase and Co-ordinate with Process engineering head for preparation of feasibility study.
