Position:

Reporting to the Director of Systems and Technologies, the Finance Systems Administrator supports and contributes to the systems administration of the financial systems used to support the organization. We are seeking a Finance Systems Administrator to manage specific day-to-day operations and communications for the enterprise systems used by the organization. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, handling administration, configuring & developing requirements, maintaining application security controls and creating customized solutions. Additionally, this role will support other systems administration tasks as an integral part of organization.

Nature of Role:

Reporting to the Director of Systems and Technologies, this individual supports all relevant administration in accordance with Veranex's overall strategic plan.

Responsibilities:

• Primary Finance Systems administrator
• Support financial business processes.
• Support financial system access/login issues, including SSO.
• Perform data analysis and fixes to errant data.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues (data in reports is missing/incorrect, integration issues, etc.)
• Customization of the system in terms of form permissions and custom fields.
• Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, third party tools / applications and new functionality based on evolving business/user needs.
• Answer technical questions on financial system use and function.
• Participate in quality systems validation activities.
• Documenting processes and creating job aids to support the system administrators as well as users.

Requirements:

Our fast-paced environment demands the ability to manage responsibilities of multiple projects within various disciplines and deadlines. High-energy, self-starter, collaborative individual with the following skills:

• 3-5 years of NetSuite experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree from a college or university is preferred.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Computer skills shall include proficiency of the following:
• NetSuite (Systems Administration Level)
• MS Word
• MS Excel
• MS PowerPoint

Ancillary / Beneficial Skills:

• Experience/or general understanding with any of the following software:
• OpenAir
• MasterControl
• Jira
