Job description

The change manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities: Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. Provide expertise in the design, maintenance, and delivery of training for change and release management, including a strong focus on processes for maintaining communication with other groups.

Support communication efforts :Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.

Assess the change impact:Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

Support training efforts: Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.

Initiating process improvements: Running continuous improvement plans to meet the changing business & technology needs.

Quality & Compliance:Make sure the quality and compliance meet the best industry standards considering audit requirements.

Support & track Release Management activities: Oversee release changes into production, through controlled promotion processes or documented support procedures.

Continual Service Improvements :Optimize effectiveness, efficiency, cost, and quality throughout the Service Lifecycle. Own Continuous Service Improvement activities, by defining, measuring & improving the Global processes by preparing reports/operational reviews to control measurements (KPIs) in close partnership with Technology & Security Leadership.
