The Opportunity:
As a member of the Revenue Operations team, the Lead Revenue Operations Analyst role plays a critical role in supporting the Partners & Alliances function at OpenText. The incumbent will assist the team in driving initiatives aimed at reporting, improving processes, systems and operational performance across the responsible area while understanding global implications.
You will be working with the Revenue Operations team, to support the Partners & Alliances leadership team to provide planning, analysis, and reporting on key performance metrics. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possess a broad understanding of the procedures and policies related to Partner org. They should be passionate about delivering results to our business partners and driving insights from data to assist leaders in running the business. A successful candidate will be a person who enjoys working with a diverse set of stakeholders, working with and maintaining large sets of data, gathering, and managing the requirements of the business, and working to enhance process & reporting solutions to give the most benefit to our end users.

Working independently on assignments of a complex nature where initiative and creativity are required in resolving problems and/or developing recommendations with special focus on KPI measurement
Assist in designing and implementing operating procedures and business policies
Ensure data quality standard and best practices to support the mission and activities of the Partner Organization
Aligning data collection and reporting processes and practice across the Partner organization to ensure data is available, reliable, consistent, accessible, and timely
Conduct ad-hoc analysis of business issues through database querying to capture data, followed by relevant analysis and interpretation of results
Maintain a deep understanding of business drivers and an innate grasp of business metrics definitions, and pro-actively interact with the Rev Ops team and other stakeholders to give context and help them better understand reporting data.
Maintain data integrity, manage large sets of data, produce standard and ad hoc reports to meet the needs of the leadership team. One aspect of this role requires several manual and repetitive tasks on an ongoing basis, where an individual can showcase both their technical skills for automation, as well as creative and out of the box thinking skills to aid with the process improvement solutions/initiatives. This is a critical part of the role that will aid the Rev Ops team in supporting the leadership with relevant analytical insight.
Demonstrate thought leadership around processes & operations to support the Partner Org and Revenue Operations.
Being a self-starter, determining what processes can be more efficient and looking to improve them
Learning new things quickly and developing long-standing processes for new users
What it takes:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience specializing in Business Administration, Financial Analysis, Accounting or other business related technical field
5+ years overall experience in business analysis, financial analysis, and/or metrics and reporting
High level of responsibility and ownership
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Salesforce, Outlook, and Word is a must
Knowledge of programming languages and tools such as SQL and Python, including how these tools can be leveraged to solve business problems
Proven track record of developing and implementing and driving operations process efficiencies, effective policies and enabling better practice
Expertise in leveraging multiple large data sets to perform complex data analysis and modeling, as well as an aptitude for systems
Ability to deliver to multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions and influence results
Adaptable and flexible
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques is a plus
Experience in Partner and/or Sales Operations
