Role: Technology Lead or CBSI Lead (CBSI - Chubb Business Services India) Experience: 16+ Yrs Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore Responsibility : Assume over accountability for hiring, developing and leading CBSI (Chubb Business Services India) resources to effectively support N.A (North America) small business, Digital Consumers, Portals and Mobile Platforms. Technical Leadership and Guidance: Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices Drive technical design resolution, as required Provide technical guidance to working team Ensure quality delivery HR Responsibilities: Recruit, hire, develop and retain high performing employees Ensure understanding of team goals and objectives Encourage mentoring, knowledge sharing, team building Communication: Maintain strong relationship with N.A. technology leadership (above) Provide transparency to gaps or challenges being experienced by CBSI team Support for the following technical skills: Duck Creek Angular Java Cloud Knowledge DevOps/SRE APIs Full Stack Front End Systems Orchestration (BizTalk) Quality Engineering Additional Skills: Exposure to agile methodology Strong Communication Strong Collaboration Insurance knowledge preferred Hands-on technical experience (within past 10 years) Why Chubb Business Services India?
