Job description
POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT
- The Position will Manage 6-7 direct reportee ensuring home delivery orders are delivered as per the delivery TAT.
- Will work with home delivery carriers to reduce the delivery TAT.
- Will work with internal stake holders and cross functional teams to optimize the cost.
- Will work on Projects team to bring new methods of delivery using technology
- Will create a strong reliable track and trace tool integrated with Herbalife system for customers to track the orders using latest tools
- Will work with carriers and warehouse to manage RTO and reship orders.
- Will work with complaints team to ensure complaints are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer
- Will work with carriers on delayed deliveries and get it expedited.
- Order Delivery performance and Analytics around it.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will lead a Team of 6-7 Supervisors.
Good Man management skills
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Will work with multiple internal stake holders like Member services, FP&A, Warehouse etc.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Any Graduation, Desired quality on Data Analytics
Skills: Good communication, Analytical Skills, Excel, Power Point and Power BI
Experience:
10-12 years working with Last Mile Delivery with any Market Place Ecommerce company or companies dealing with High Online home delivery orders.
