Role Description

HeeBee Coffee located in Ludhiana is seeking a full-time on-site Cafe Manager. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the cafe, including managing staff, ensuring quality customer service, overseeing food and beverage service, creating and managing sales strategies, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service, communication, and sales skills
• Food & Beverage and Food Service management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage staff and work in a team-oriented environment
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred but not required)
• Experience in a management role in the food and beverage industry (preferred but not required)
• Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings
