Job description
Bachelor s or Master s degree
Proven experience as a project manager in eLearning or instructional design for customized digital content development.
o Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience. At least 2 years should be in Project Management in eLearning domain.
Strong understanding of eLearning development processes and technologies.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with MS Excel PowerPoint
Problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detailoriented with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
Location: Pune
Degree / certifications in project management instructional design business or a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Proficiency with MS Project Planner / Other project management tools and software.
Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline Rise Adobe Captivate) and other relevant technologies used in corporate training.
Experience with AR / VR / Interactive 3Dbased learning simulations / scenarios.
