Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, building and maintaining successful relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation and conversion
- Negotiation skills, including contract negotiations and closing deals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop growth strategies
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
