The
Manager – Materials Planning & Project Deliveries will be based in
Hyderabad . In this position, you will report
to the Head of APAC Planning. We are looking for a dynamic supply chain professional to lead supply
& delivery planning activities within materials planning department. This individual will own customer order
fulfilment for solar projects across Asia Pacific region. He/she will be responsible to develop and
maintain delivery schedule for all the tracker components & act as customer service spokesperson to communicate
order status to internal teams.
The successful candidate will bring in blend of strategic leadership & tactical expertise to help build world-class
demand-driven supply chain. Additionally, we are looking for someone who has deep understanding of the
dynamics of complex projects, who understands the solar space well, and who can strategize effectively to stay
several steps ahead of likely problems. You will be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team propagating renewable
solar solutions in the region and around the world.

Here Is a Glimpse Of What You'll Do - The Delivery Manager will perform wide range of duties including some or all the following:
- Providing & owning the delivery schedule commitment to Sales for all EXIM financed
- projects.
- Understanding delivery related provisions in EXIM financed projects Contracts & ensuring
- they are respected
- Work closely with Project Management team to provide daily/weekly updates on material
- readiness/shipments on On-going projects.
- Participate in weekly Capacity vs Demand calls to understand short / long term supply vs
- demand gaps for the region.
- Act as a liaison between Supply Chain & Project Management / Sales
- Conduct Supply Chain Kick-off meetings to align Supply Chain team on Project delivery
- requirements.
- Lead regional supply planning team of Supply Planners
- Monitor Project material + logistics costs variance vs Budgets.
- Ensure Project Demand's shipping plan is in line with Delivery requests.
- Provide early alerts for supply gaps & recommend solutions to de-risk project's LD schedule.
- Drive Project's On-time delivery (OTD) for region.
- Point person to coordinate with engineering, sourcing, NPI and logistics for project success.
- Participates in 70%, 90%, 100% Sales Hand-Off meetings to represent & raise Supply
- planning issues.
- Build operational excellence through deployment of relevant IT/Business /Communication /
- Project Management tools.
- Ensure data integrity of supply chain planning data, and management of the data flow.
Here Is Some Of What You'll Need (required)- Bachelor's degree / MBA in Operations preferred with 10+ years of experience in Supply / Materials Planning OR Master Scheduling
- Strong Planning, Forecasting, Project Management skills with attention to detail.
- High level of collaboration with cross functional team
- Ability to understand high level business processes & its interactions.
- Advanced Excel / PowerPoint Skills.
- Good written / verbal & presentation skills
- Customer centric attitude
