Who Are We

We are the 1st company in India and Asia to have developed a state-of-the-art human milk processing facility, FDA pasteurising standards along with being ISO 22000:2018 certified and GMP compliant. Our Founders have 20+ years' experience in Dairy technology. They had designed and built the first human milk processing plant in King Edward Memorial Hospital, Perth, Australia in 2014.

NeoLacta products have changed the landscape of newborn healthcare through its range of patented human milk-derived products for use in NICU. We have wide acceptance across reputed Corporate, Govt. Institutions & Medical colleges along with Pan India coverage across all major metros and towns. Since 2016, our products have been used across 450+ hospitals benefiting over 100,000+ babies

Job Description

Designation: Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally & effectively employs sales skills to achieve targeted sales
  • Develop the sales and business mix from the individual customer/accounts
  • Maintain accurate & current database
  • Identify & develop KOL'S
  • Effectively communicate with customers to gain commitment to purchase
  • Advise Reporting Manager on feedback/comments relating to product

content & pricing

  • Provide weekly & monthly schedule of planned activities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Preferably BSc / B. Pharma graduate
  • Previous experience of having worked with products related to NICU space and well conversant & up-to-date about NICU's/Neonatologists, PICU's/Paed's in all major hospitals & clinics would be an added advantage
  • Must be willing to travel both within city & out-of-station (approx. 20 - 30% of the time) and must have own 2-wheeler with license
  • Have an established track record in achieving results and targets
  • Good English communication skills
  • Fluency in local language is a must
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office, being Word &

Excel

  • Good analytical and communication (verbal & written) skills
