Job Title - BIM Engineer / Technician - Building Technology Systems Job Location - Noida, Uttar Pradesh Business Unit – Middle East Business Segment Name - Property & Building Job Description (Responsibilities) Prepare ICT, AV, Security systems 3D BIM coordinated models. Clash detection and clash resolution Create Parametric BIM Families Provide specialist support to design teams preparing analysis and design models. Support design teams and bid teams with the creation of 3D visualizations. Support design teams and bid teams with creation of 4D models / visualizations. Prepare quantities for use in BoQ from the 3D model. Key Competencies / Skills: Experience in the use of the following software is essential: BIM MEP AutoCAD (2D and 3D) Navisworks Experience in the use of the following software is desirable but not essential: Autodesk 3ds MAX MS Excel MS Word The candidate must: · Have good English communication skills: - · Be able to work closely with colleagues at a senior level. · Be computer literate. · Ability to plan and manage his/her workload Lateral thinking. · Ability to understand own limitations and limitations of the software being used. Tech / 3 years Diploma in Electrical & Electronics engineering. 5+ year's production experience in design, drafting and engineering with significant experience in a similar role or demonstration of a good track record.
