Job description
Role Purpose: This is a role within the India team to support our internal audit process across the Group. We are looking for objective Compliance and Audit person who can undertake IT Internal auditing to add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. The successful candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of PCI DSS, ISO 9001, 27001, 22301, 14001, 50001, and 20000 standards, ISAE 3402, and SOC2 Type 2 report, apply a methodical approach, and exercise sound judgment. The purpose of the Compliance person's role is to provide support to the Compliance and Security team by conducting the allocated responsibilities in an accurate and timely manner.
Responsibilities/Accountability: Everything you'll do will focus on providing exceptional audit and compliance activities for Getronics and our customers. Maintaining ISO 9001, 27001, 22301, 14001, 50001, and 20000 certifications across the group Maintaining ISAE & SOC2 audits across the group Assist in developing and implementing annual Audit plans Carry out internal audits based on PCI or ISO requirements across the group (travel will be required) Risk management Proactively provide the status of all activities to internal audit management, including improvement or nonconformity actions Assist with process document development, review, and revision Comply with all relevant internal policies and procedures Manage multiple priorities/projects for on-time delivery Demonstrate a proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations Assist with regular security awareness training Skills/Experience Graduate degree from a regular university Proven working experience as a Compliance / Internal Auditor Experience in maintaining PCI & ISO compliance Experience in supporting ISAE 3402 & SOC2 Experience in a Medium to Large multi-sector environment Good technical, analytical, and communication skills (both written and verbal) Excellent presentation skill Assertive personality with strong interpersonal skills Self-motivated, adaptive, can-do, self-starter, team player and works well with others in a dynamic environment Flexibility and ability to work in a multinational and multicultural environment Ability to travel Qualification/Certification requirements Graduate or above. Certified Internal Auditor, or equivalent Industry-accepted IT Security certification e.g. CISA etc is desirable.Job tags
