Salary : 6 -7 Lakhs CTC/Annum

Key Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitors, potential customer segments, and emerging opportunities within the Indian food processing industry. Lead Generation and Business Development: Identify and qualify potential clients (e.g., food manufacturers, retailers, distributors), proactively generate leads, and develop strategies to convert leads into sales. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets. Collaborate with marketing to align sales activities. Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations about the company's products and services. Skillfully negotiate contracts and pricing terms that benefit the company. Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and generate reports on sales activities, market insights, and competitive intelligence. Industry Participation: Represent the company at relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and enhance the company's reputation.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree/Masters degree in Business Administration, Minimum 2-3years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the food processing or FMCG sector. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data. Self-motivated, results-oriented with a drive to succeed. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
