Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Operations Manager. The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing unit located in Borivali. This includes supervising the production team, managing inventory, maintaining quality control, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the timely delivery of products to customers. The Assistant Operations Manager will also take on the role of Operations Manager in their absence.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of production processes, inventory management, and quality control
• Leadership and supervisory skills to manage and motivate the production team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
