Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Chennai.The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with the role, such as managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with clients. The Sales Manager should have excellent communication skills and be able to motivate a sales team effectively.

Qualifications

• Sales management, operations, and strategy skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
• Strong leadership and team-building ability
• Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior in the financial industry
• Proven track record in sales and meeting targets
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in BFSI or financial services industry

Candidates with experience range of 5 Years - 8 Years in sales of HL ,LAP ,DSA HandlingÂ
